  • Business Hours: Mon - Fri: 9AM - 6PM, Excluding Bank Holidays.
  • On-Site support is available for clients in 30 Miles radius from Swindon.
  • If you are outside this zone and if travel time exceeds 1 hour, an additional £30 call-out fee may apply.
  • We do not provide hardware repair service like: fixing cracked screen, hinges or motherboard repair.
  • Appointments may not be available immediately after payment but will be arranged within 4 hours.
  • The PC having an issue MUST be on the internet for us to provide remote assistance, unless you are looking for telephonic support.
  • A Support Package must be purchased before calling us, as we will need the reference number to be able to connect to the remote system.
